Who is Flexina?
Luxembourg made Peppol mandatory for public procurement in 2023. Our customers had been sending invoices there since 2021. Flexina, founded in Liège in 2008, supports the Luxembourg matricule and serves accounting firms and freelancers across the Grand Duchy.

Our story
2008
Giovanni La Mantia founds Flexina in Liège, an hour’s drive from the Grand Duchy.
2021
First invoices sent over Peppol, notably to Luxembourg administrations.
May 2022
The Luxembourg law of 13 December 2021 kicks in: large companies must invoice public bodies through Peppol. Our customers were already there.
March 2023
The obligation extends to every company supplying the public sector. Flexina Sync, free, equips the country’s accounting firms.
2024
Peppol Box arrives in Luxembourg, with support for the 11-digit national matricule.
