This new function allows you to save document lines to create templates that can be reused to save time when encoding new quotes or invoices.

Deposit requests on your quotes and purchase orders

If your business requires asking your customer to pay a deposit upon signing a quote or purchase order, our invoicing software will allow you to enter and display this deposit request when editing the quote.

The display of the requested deposit on the quote is not a deposit invoice; if the customer accepts the quote, you must still issue an invoice for this deposit.

Import purchase invoices in less than 2 seconds

We have further improved our artificial intelligence which now allows you to import a purchase invoice from a PDF or scanned document in less than 2 seconds.
