Electronic Invoicing – Peppol Bis 3, UBL.be and Factur-X

The deadline for mandatory electronic invoice issuance in Belgium, France and Luxembourg is approaching rapidly.

Don't worry, Flexina is preparing for this major transition and will help you implement this legal obligation:

• For Luxembourg: we will be in production within a few weeks for sending electronic invoices via the Peppol network. A specific version of our software for Luxembourg will be available at https://www.flexina.lu.
• For Belgium: we have finalized the generation of invoices in Peppol and UBL.be format. We will implement sending via the Peppol network after Luxembourg.
• For France: we have developed Factur-X generation, the rules for electronic invoicing are still under discussion, we will start developing electronic invoice transmission as soon as the practical details are communicated to us.

The advantages of electronic invoicing will be multiple, among the main ones:

• You will send your electronic invoices via a secure network with acknowledgment of receipt, no more stress from emails not transmitted.
• You will be able to transmit your documents to your accountant and they will be able to encode them automatically in accounting without having to re-enter the data.
• You will reduce costs compared to postal mailings.
• Your archives will contain your invoices as well as your invoice data.

As a user, you won't see many changes - Flexina handles the technical details and you will send your electronic invoices as easily as sending paper invoices by email.

Save precious time with the bank reconciliation module

You can now access your bank accounts from Flexina, this new banking integration module will allow you to track invoice payments even more easily without any manual entry.

Online payment API updates

We have updated our module allowing you to receive online payments by integrating the APIs from:

• Stripe
• Mollie
• CCV Pay

We are also preparing a new module that will be available soon which will allow you to generate a payment link for SEPA transfers, this module will have the advantage of notifying you when a customer pays you and the payment fees are much more advantageous than other online payment methods.

Graphical interface update

The graphical interface of our invoicing software has been improved, the "dark mode" function is now available.
