Who is Flexina?
Flexina has been around since 2008. Back then, Peppol did not even exist yet: we were already doing invoicing when most of today’s solutions had not been born. Eighteen years later, companies in six countries invoice with our software every day.

Our story
2008
Giovanni La Mantia founds Flexina in Liège. First online invoicing software, at a time when paper invoices still ruled.
2021
First invoices sent over the Peppol network, notably to Belgian and Luxembourg administrations.
2022
Peppol sending and receiving for all customers. Accountants get Flexina Sync, free, to retrieve their clients’ invoices.
2024
Peppol Box launches for freelancers who want Peppol without changing their habits. Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands.
2026
The Belgian B2B obligation takes effect. Our customers change nothing: everything had been ready for four years. The same year, France Factures opens in France with iopole.
